The article considers the study of acmeological resources of psychological health. The author introduces philosophical understanding of health in various epochs. The article analyzes philosophical reflections in order to produce a unified image of health, allowing to consider it in various periods of history as an understanding of health, a concept of ideal interpreted as human health and the ways of achieving this ideal. In the summary of the article the author introducing her own vision of the notion “psychological health” and its psychological and acmeological resources.
